Literacy Volunteers Winchester Area strives to remain fiscally responsible and transparent in all our efforts to serve our community.  As a nonprofit organization, we work hard to ensure our fiscal trustworthiness and proudly post our financials for visitors and donors to review. The Internal Revenue Service requires Literacy Volunteers Winchester Area and all charitable organizations that are exempt from income tax to submit Form 990 for each fiscal year. Exempt nonprofits are also required to make the forms available to the public. In accordance with these rules and our fiscal competence, LVWA happily provides these documents for review.
