Our Commnunity Partners

Northern Shenandoah Valley Adult Education and Lord Fairfax Community College have teamed up to provide adult education in the region. View a video under "ABOUT US" - Our Community Partners to learn how this will work. Literacy Volunteers works with both programs and serves as a bridge to both. Our literacy volunteers are vital to both programs.

There are many ways you can help us in 2013:

  • Take the training to become an adult literacy volunteer tutor or instructor.
  • Participating in or helping with the 8th Annual Adult Spelling BEE
  • Making a cash contribution
  • Offer your leadership: Become a Board Member

Let us know how you would like to help improve the literacy of our communities.
